The bungalow has everything you need for living: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels, two air conditioners, TV.

The rental price includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

Rental price depends on the season and is per week:

- 50 euros per night or 350 euros per week in low season,

- 75 euros per night or 525 per week in medium season

- 160 euros per night or 1120 per week in high season.

Additional fees:

- 105 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once at check-in.

- 200 euros - deposit, which is returned, provided that the property is preserved

Additional information:

- Check-in after 9:00 PM - additional 20 euros.

- Check-in with pets upon request (additional payment of 35 euros).

- Rental of a baby cot - 20 euros, a high chair - 20 euros (for the entire period).

- Transfer is available for an additional fee.
