We offer a bright house for rent with two bedrooms. It has 2 floors: the first floor has a large living room with a sofa, kitchen, two very bright bedrooms, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a solarium with furniture and a tent. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There is internet, television, and air conditioning in the living room. The house is fully equipped for comfortable living. Parking is available near the urbanization. It is located in a quiet, peaceful closed-type urbanization with a beautiful large pool and green area. The sea is 1.1 km away by car. Nearby, there is a huge park "Parque de naciones" and the salty lake "Salinas."

The city has a water park. From the port of Torrevieja, you can take a boat to Tabarca Island. Within a radius of 100 km, there are many historical and tourist attractions. 20 km from the city is the Rio Safari Elche zoo. Elche is also known for its shoe shops - the city of cobblers...

PRICES:
Low season - 280 euros per week, 40 euros per night
Mid season - 630 euros per week, 90 euros per night
High season - 980 euros per week, 140 euros per night (June - August, December 20 to January 10, Easter)

Additional costs:
- 95 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
- 200 euros - deposit, which is refundable upon the preservation of property.
