Five minutes drive away is the commercial center LA ZENIA BOULEVARD and the shopping center HABANERAS, tennis and yacht clubs in Torrevieja, and within a few kilometers are golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place for walks.

The weekly rental price depends on the season and is:

490 euros in low season or 70 euros per day,

910 in mid-season or 130 euros per day,

1890 in high season - 270 euros per day.

- 200 euros - deposit, refundable upon preservation of the property
- 100 euros for final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
