Within walking distance you will find pharmacies, numerous bars, cafés, pizzerias, restaurants, a supermarket and a fitness center. There is good public transport and 2 bus stops nearby. Within a five-minute drive are the LA ZENIA BOULEVARD shopping mall and HABANERAS shopping center, the tennis and yacht clubs of Torrevieja, and within just a few kilometers are the golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartín, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa and La Finca. A wonderful place for walking and leisure.

The weekly rental price depends on the season and is as follows:

€420 in low season, or €60 per night,

€1050 in mid season, or €150 per night,

€1680 in high season, or €240 per night.

€200 – refundable security deposit, provided the property is left in good condition.

€100 – final cleaning + bed linen and towels. Paid once upon check-in.
