Five minutes drive away is the commercial center LA ZENIA BOULEVARD and the shopping center HABANERAS, tennis and yacht clubs in Torrevieja, and within a few kilometers radius are the golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place for walks.

The weekly rental price depends on the season and is:

420 euros in low season or 60 euros per day,

910 in mid-season or 130 euros per day,

1260 in high season — 180 euros per day.
