House with a pool is available for rent in the nature reserve of Los Balcones. The two-story house consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dining area, an American kitchen, and two bathrooms. On the second floor, there is an office and a bedroom with a separate bathroom where a sofa bed is located. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay and relaxation is provided: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, and towels. There is television. Accommodation option - up to five people. Parking is available on the adjacent street. At your service - a courtyard, a barbecue in the yard. Nearby is the Mercadona supermarket chain, as well as a large number of cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The house is located in a green nature reserve area with clean air. The sea is approximately 2500 meters away. From the second floor, there are beautiful views of the pink lake - a natural saltwater lagoon, a reserve. The lagoon is 1 km away. An ideal place for a good and complete rest!

Rental cost:

- in low season - 50 euros per day or 350 euros per week,

- in mid-season - 90 euros per day or 630 per week,

- in high season - 140 euros per day or 980 euros per week.

Additional expenses:

- 120 euros for cleaning, paid once upon check-in.

- 200 euros deposit, which is returned upon departure, provided that the property is intact.
